ALEN does not operate as a visa issuing authority. Final visa decisions are made exclusively by the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration office of the destination country.

All requests are subject to confirmation of program participation and or compliance review if the purpose of travel is not coordinated by ALEN.

Visa support is provided strictly for legitimate participation in ALEN programs and verified institutional engagements offered by institutions and agencies sharing in our mission and vision. ALEN reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet participation or compliance criteria.

Afrilead EduTourism Network (ALEN) operates under principles of transparency, accountability, and strict compliance with international travel and documentation regulations.
Our role is limited to structured guidance and the issuance of official participation-related documentation for verified programs. We do not influence embassy decisions, guarantee visa approvals, or act as intermediaries with diplomatic authorities.
All visa decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration office.
We do not authorize third-party agents to collect payments or process documentation on our behalf.

If you require structured visa documentation guidance for participation in an ALEN program or verified institutional engagement, please submit your request through our official communication channels.
All inquiries are reviewed for program eligibility and compliance prior to documentation issuance.

Submit your request via our verified email address at: info@afrileadnetwork.org with your full details and program reference or reasons as to why you need this letter or support.
Step 2: Provide Participation Details.
Include your full name, program name, destination country, intended travel dates, and confirmation of participation (if available).
Step 3: Compliance Review and Guidance.
Our team will review your request and provide structured guidance, documentation clarification, and next steps where applicable.
Step 4: Complete the Visa Support Processing Fee.
For eligible individuals and agencies, a non-refundable Visa Support Processing Fee of $150 USD applies.
This fee covers:
- Official invitation letter issuance (where applicable).
- Structured documentation guidance.
- Compliance review and administrative processing.
- Institutional verification and program confirmation support
The processing fee supports the administrative and operational costs associated with documentation preparation and compliance oversight.
Please note that visa approval decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Government visa application fees charged by embassies or consulates are separate and are not included in ALEN’s processing fee.
